Thandeka Jwara
Engineer, strategist, facilitator, speaker and medical student—connecting the systems that shape infrastructure, organisations and human health.
A career shaped by one enduring question: how do we improve the systems that determine how people live?
Thandeka's career explores the intersection between infrastructure, leadership, public health and sustainable development—more than a decade in water and sanitation, postgraduate qualifications in chemical engineering and business, and recognised experience in innovation, facilitation and industry leadership.
She has held leadership roles across professional bodies and water-sector institutions, led leadership-development and mentorship programmes for young professionals, and spoken and moderated at conferences on leadership, resilience, and the connections between water, public health and community development.
Her pursuit of medicine is a continuation, not a departure: first infrastructure, then organisations, then people, and now human health. ENZA CREATE brings those perspectives together in work that is technically credible, commercially aware and deeply human.
